Service Providers

We work with third-party companies to run MaxStream effectively. Our cloud hosting provider stores data, our email service sends you course updates, and our payment processor handles transactions. Sometimes Taiwan law requires us to share information with government authorities. This might happen if there's a valid legal request, court order, or investigation into illegal activity. We'll notify you about such requests unless prohibited by law.

Business Transfers

If MaxStream merges with another company or gets acquired, your data would transfer to the new entity. We'd notify you beforehand and ensure the new owner maintains similar privacy protections.

If we discover we've accidentally collected data from someone under 16 without proper consent, we'll delete it immediately. Parents can contact us at support@maxstream.dev to review, modify, or delete their child's information.

While MaxStream operates primarily in Taiwan, some of our service providers have servers in other countries. When your data crosses borders, we ensure it receives equivalent protection through standard contractual clauses and other legal mechanisms.
